미움이 있는 곳엔 사랑을 심게 하고
다툼이 있는 곳엔 용서를 심게 하고
불화가 있는 곳엔 일치를 심게 하소서.

오류가 있는 곳엔 진리를 심게 하고
의혹이 있는 곳엔 믿음을 심게 하고
절망이 있는 곳엔 희망을 심게 하소서.

어둠이 있는 곳엔 빛을 심게 하고
슬픔이 있는 곳엔 기쁨을 심게 하소서.

오, 거룩하신 주님,
위로받기보다는 위로할 수 있도록
이해받기보다는 이해할 수 있도록
사랑받기보다는 사랑할 수 있도록 저를 도우소서.

우리는 줌으로써 받고,
용서함으로써 용서받으며,
죽음으로써 새롭게 영생을 얻을 수 있기 때문입니다.
